Vremi: $529.6K in August Marketplace Sales, Up 504% Year over Year

A 6.04× year-over-year sales comparison. A nearly eightfold increase in unit volume. A commercial approach built around more relevant bundles, earlier offers, and creator-led product discovery.

For Home & Kitchen brands, growth is not only about appearing in more searches. The offer must give shoppers a reason to choose it, the promotion must arrive when customers are ready to act, and demand from outside Amazon must lead to a clear purchase decision. These were the distinct commercial levers described in FBA Venture's Vremi engagement notes.

The comparison

August, compared with August

+504.32% year-over-year sales. Reported marketplace sales were 6.04× the comparable month a year earlier, an increase of $441,956.73.

+696.87% year-over-year unit volume. Units ordered rose by 14,467, reaching 16,543 during August 2024.

15,555 total order items. The August 2024 sales snapshot also recorded $34.05 average sales per order item. Those labels matter: order items are not necessarily distinct customer orders, and average sales per order item is not a measure of profit.

The challenge

Give demand a better reason to convert

Home & Kitchen purchases are especially sensitive to usefulness, perceived value, timing, and proof of fit. A brand can attract qualified attention and still lose the sale if the offer is difficult to understand or fails to distinguish itself at the point of purchase.

The Vremi engagement addressed three connected questions:

  • What makes the offer worth choosing? Package complementary products so the customer sees a practical, relevant benefit.
  • When should the offer reach shoppers? Build promotional momentum ahead of the usual seasonal rush, rather than waiting to compete only when demand peaks.
  • Who can introduce the product convincingly? Use relevant creators to demonstrate utility and send more qualified interest toward the Amazon product experience.

The playbook

A three-lever growth playbook

  • 01

Bundle Around the Shopper's Use Case

The team developed a product-bundling approach intended to make related items feel more useful together than separately. The commercial logic was to strengthen the value proposition and encourage consideration of multi-item purchases—not merely discount standalone products.

Strategic role: offer differentiation and merchandising.

  • 02

    Bring Promotional Momentum Forward

Rather than relying only on conventional high-traffic promotional periods, the engagement notes describe early-bird, pre-season offers. The objective was to connect purchasing incentives to an earlier point in the customer's decision cycle.

Strategic role: timing and demand capture.

  • 03

Extend Product Discovery Through Relevant Creators

Niche influencer activity was used as a discovery channel, with the objective of reaching audiences for whom the products were relevant. This approach complemented marketplace merchandising: a creator could introduce the use case, while the Amazon listing and offer carried the purchase decision.

Strategic role: audience relevance and off-Amazon discovery.

These three workstreams are drawn from the original engagement account. The surviving Seller Central screenshot records the marketplace outcome but does not isolate incremental sales from bundling, promotions, or creator activity individually.

The result

A larger August sales base

The most defensible outcome is the matched-year comparison—not a claim that every dollar of growth was caused by a single campaign or achieved from a documented agency start date.

  • $529,590.60 in recorded marketplace sales in August 2024.
  • $441,956.73 more than the corresponding August 2023 figure.
  • 6.04× the prior-year monthly sales level.
  • 16,543 units ordered, compared with 2,076 a year earlier.

The comparison demonstrates substantial growth in marketplace sales and unit demand across corresponding calendar periods. The separate influence of seasonality, assortment changes, account scope, and the individual commercial initiatives cannot be measured from this image alone.

The takeaway

What Home & Kitchen brands can take from this

Offer, timing, and discovery should reinforce each other. A bundle needs a reason to exist. A promotion needs a reason to happen now. Creator traffic needs a listing that makes the next step obvious.

The Vremi engagement illustrates a merchandising-led approach to Amazon growth, with a substantial documented year-over-year performance comparison alongside the commercial activities described by the team.

Build the Next Demand Window With Intention

If your category is crowded, the question may not be how to spend more—it may be whether your offers, promotional calendar, and acquisition channels are working together.
